What happens if the phone is lost or stolen?
You must contact us immediately upon the loss or theft of the rental phone. You are responsible for all airtime usage charges until we are contacted to disconnect the unit. If you do not have insurance, the cost for a cellular phone replacement is $400 and a satellite phone is $1500. If you have insurance, the deductible only applies.
