What is the pre-authorization?
We submit a security authorization hold in the amount of $750 for each cellular phone and $2000 for each satellite phone rental with any major credit card at the time of the order. This tells the merchant that the card has credit of at least that much. The funds are held by your credit card company until the phone is returned to us and the charges are billed. You will not see this authorization on your statement.
